Whats Going On Behind the Scenes

First off, we would like to thank everyone for being patient with us as we organize the schedule of events for 2009. We have been working hard to bring together our calendar. This year we are trying some new things, and of course we bring back some classics as well.

You will notice that the list on the excursion page is growing. Please keep checking that regularly because it can update several times a week. In case you didn't know, you can use an RSS feed reader to subscribe to the page, and it will let you know when we add new trips to the page.

We are also adding the ability to purchase ticket reservations online. We had hoped to get it up last year, but it did not work out. Let me assure you we are working feverishly behind the scenes to get it going for this year. One of the changes we have needed to make is to transfer our web page to a new server/host. This should go unnoticed by you, the user. One of the added benefits of our new host is a faster network. Our website page load speeds should increase significantly.

And in addition to the passenger business, we are building our freight site, and that should be online later this year.
